At OluxHair, we use two premium hair types each selected for durability, look, and feel.

• Raw Hair:
  This hair is unprocessed and in its most natural form.
  ✅ Source: Southeast Asia
  ✅ Lifespan: up to 5 years with proper care
  ✅ Lifts easily to lighter blonde (#613+)
  ✅ Naturally straight unless otherwise stated

• Premium Virgin Hair: Processed for uniformity, but still soft, long-lasting, and versatile.
  ✅ Lifespan: Up to 3 years
  ✅ Lifts to lighter browns and honey blondes
  ✅ Straight unless stated otherwise

How to Find Your Undertone:

• Check Your Veins:
  Look at the veins on your wrist under natural light.

• Jewellery Test: Gold jewellery looks best on warm skin tones. Silver looks better on cool tones. Both suit neutral undertones.

Wig Colour Suggestions by Undertone:

• Warm Undertone:
  Choose warm colours — honey blonde, copper, golden brown, auburn.

• Cool Undertone:
  Choose cool colours — ash blonde, jet black, burgundy, mocha brown.

• Neutral Undertone:
  You can wear both warm and cool shades — lucky you!

Cap Fit

• Fits most head sizes: 21"–23.5" (bigger size can be created, just send a message) circumference
• Adjustable elastic band included for a snug, secure hold
• Combs inside the cap provide additional grip if desired
• Lightweight and breathable for daily comfort

You won’t need glue (except you want to) and you won’t need to stress.

What We Mean by "Ready to Wear"

Each Olux wig is:

• Pre-styled and finished
• Glueless and secure with an adjustable band
• Includes combs for optional extra hold

You’ll only need to:

• Tint the lace (to match your skin tone)
• Cut the lace (we leave it uncut but you can request for this)

That’s it — just put it on, adjust, and go.

Think of it as 90% ready — the foundation is done, you add the final touch.

Every OluxHair unit is crafted with care, and processing times can vary slightly depending on order volume and style.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 10–19 working days, as each wig is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards.
In some cases, orders may ship sooner depending on availability and styling requirements.

Shipping Times (After Processing):

• UK Orders: 1–2 business days
• International Orders: 3–5 business days
  We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce, and Royal Mail depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, OluxHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.

If you experience issues with your shipment, we recommend:

• Contacting the courier directly for updates
• Opening a claim with the shipping provider if necessary

We’ll always assist where possible and provide documentation to support your claim.

Due to the nature (custom and personalised )of our products and health regulations, all of our hair extensions and wigs SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS except the item received is faulty.

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately on oluxhair1@gmail.com.

If we review and agree that the product sent to you is faulty, we will exchange or replace the item. 

In the event that the product defect issue is not validated, the item in question will be returned to you without replacement.

Please note that we will not accept an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. The hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient. It may include, but is not limited to, the application of colour/bleach, the presence of a malodor, the presence of rips or tears, the cutting of the hair, and heat damage. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the 14 day period has passed.

Please return the product in the same condition in which it was shipped from us. Please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your package.

At Oluxhair, we are committed to providing you with wigs of the highest quality. As a result of this and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to issue any refunds once your order has been placed if there are no faults.

In addition, we cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product hasn't been used / unworn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item. 

In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.

Upon receipt of your order, please notify us by e-mail immediately that the item is faulty - oluxhair1@gmail.com

Faulty Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order

Unit must be returned in its original packaging, and unworn and tag still in place

Shipping back to us must be tracked.

We would like to inform you that, in the event that you refuse delivery of an order, you will be given store credit equal to the price you have paid minus the initial shipping charges.

We aim to show our wigs as clearly as possible, but due to screen differences, actual colours may vary slightly.
