By using the services, you agree to all the Terms of Service, as they may be updated by us from time to time. For any reason, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. In placing an order with oluxhair.com, you are offering to purchase a product and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 
In placing an order, you agree that you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the order's costs.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

We at Oluxhair make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


CUSTOM WIG POLICY:

 

At Oluxhair, all wigs are made-to-order and fully custom, tailored specifically to your order. This means your order is not eligible for a refund, cancellation or chargeback once production has begun.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this is a custom product and is non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty and returned in line with our faulty item process.

We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorised chargebacks and provide evidence of:

  • Custom work completed
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Your acceptance of these terms during checkout

Customers attempting fraudulent chargebacks will be blacklisted, reported to relevant authorities and banned from future purchases.

 

SHIPPING

In regards to any of our third party couriers, beyond hair, We are not liable for any missing or delayed parcels due to courier negligence. Although this is a rare occasion, please contact us to claim the courier. Only once the claim has been submitted and accepted, we will be able to process a refund/exchange.

 

All orders will be addressed to the shipping address provided. Incorrect or incomplete postal addresses can cause a huge delay and also may result in your parcel being lost. It is imperative that you provide us with the correct, accurate and complete address. All parcels will be signed for & please note, if your parcel has been signed for by someone other than yourself at the shipping address, we are not liable & no refunds/ reimbursement will be granted. On the other hand, if a parcel is returned to us due to a faulty address, you will incur the additional shipping charges.

 

It is a requirement by law that international shipments must clear customs. However, the requirements for custom declarations vary between countries. If you are an international customer, you are agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on some goods or materials. After dispatch from our facility, there is a transfer of liability to you, therefore you will be liable to pay local taxes or any duties acquired.

Once your parcel has been delivered and marked as signed for, liability is transferred to the customer.

Oluxhair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement once the item has been confirmed delivered by the courier.

All units are shipped via tracked delivery, and customers are required to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address provided.

 

DELIVERY

We will only deliver to the address given when ordering. You agree that we are not responsible if you give us the incorrect address for delivery. 

You will have the option to change your order prior to dispatch and before custom . Once your order has been dispatched we cannot make any changes.

You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order delivered to the incorrect address given.

Before your custom unit is dispatched, we may send a final preview, invoice confirmation or tracking information via email or WhatsApp.

Once confirmed by the customer, no changes, refunds or cancellations will be permitted.

You understand that once a unit is made, it is unique and cannot be resold, and therefore falls under a no-cancellation, no-refund policy.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all of our hair extensions and wigs SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately.

If we review and agree that the product sent to you is faulty, we will exchange or replace the item. 

In the event that the product defect issue is not validated, the item in question will be returned to you without replacement.

Please note that we will not accept an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. The hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient. It may include, but is not limited to, the application of colour/bleach, the presence of a malodor, the presence of rips or tears, the cutting of the hair, and heat damage. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the 14 day period has passed.

Please return the product in the same condition in which it was shipped from us. Please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your package.

At Oluxhair, we are committed to providing you with wigs of the highest quality. As a result of this and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to issue any refunds once your order has been placed if there are no faults.

In addition, we cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product hasn't been used / unworn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item. 

In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.

  1. Upon receipt of your order, please notify us by e-mail immediately that the item is faulty
  2. Faulty Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order
  3. Unit must be returned in its original packaging, and unworn and tag still in place
  4. Shipping back to us must be tracked.

 We would like to inform you that, in the event that you refuse delivery of an order, you will be given store credit equal to the price you have paid minus the initial shipping charges.

 

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on orders that have been started or completed.

If a cancellation is requested before production or dispatch, it may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to the following:

  • Transaction/processing fees (non-refundable): A deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway charges (e.g., PayPal, Shopify).

  • Delivery fee is non-refundable

  • Admin/restocking fee (if applicable): A fee may be charged if the wig was prepared in advance, even if not custom to the buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Oluxhair do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour.

To process and dispatch your order, we must receive an authorized payment by credit or debit card with the same billing and shipping address. Orders with separate billing and shipping addresses will not be processed and cancelled. 

 

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

 

We take fraudulent claims seriously. In the event of a chargeback request after a confirmed and completed delivery, Oluxhair will submit full evidence to the payment provider, including:


  • Tracking with signature confirmation
  • Order invoices and product details
  • Photos and/or video proof of your custom wig
  • Communication records (email, WhatsApp etc.)
  • Copy of these Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to at checkout

If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your details may be reported to relevant authorities and added to internal fraud prevention databases used across the eCommerce industry.

We also reserve the right to pursue civil recovery of the product’s value, including legal and admin fees, where applicable.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. 

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. 

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). 

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
