Local (UK) Standard:
All sales are final once payment has been received and cannot be refunded. Replacement / exchanges on applicable if product has been sent to you faulty and it hasn't been used / worn. Style changes can be made within 24 hours of payment, and the difference will be transferred if necessary.
Standard Service deliveries are free of charge and are made Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Ready to Ship Orders (Restock) placed (excluding Digital items) are subject to a 1-3 working days processing time prior to shipment. Once shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.
When ordering wigs or bundles, a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a delivery note.
International:

DHL deliveries cost £28 and are made Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

A despatch email will be sent once your wig has been shipped to you.
The recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges associated with orders placed. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, Oluxhair is not responsible for these charges.
Before your custom unit is dispatched, we may send a final preview, invoice confirmation or tracking information via email or WhatsApp.
Once confirmed by the customer, no changes, refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
You understand that once a unit is made, it is unique and cannot be resold, and therefore falls under a no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
Once your parcel has been delivered and marked as signed for, liability is transferred to the customer.
Oluxhair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement once the item has been confirmed delivered by the courier.
All units are shipped via tracked delivery, and customers are required to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address provided.
