Hair Origin & Type
At OluxHair, we use two premium hair types each selected for durability, look, and feel.
- Raw Hair:
This hair is unprocessed and in its most natural form.

Look at the veins on your wrist under natural light.
- Jewellery Test: Gold jewellery looks best on warm skin tones. Silver looks better on cool tones. Both suit neutral undertones.

Choose warm colours — honey blonde, copper, golden brown, auburn.

At OluxHair, our wigs are designed to offer a truly glueless, ready-to-wear experience — no stylist required.
Cap Fit
- Fits most head sizes: 21"–23.5" (bigger size can be created, just send a message) circumference
- Adjustable elastic band included for a snug, secure hold
- Combs inside the cap provide additional grip if desired
- Lightweight and breathable for daily comfort
You won’t need glue (except you want to) and you won’t need to stress.
What We Mean by "Ready to Wear"
Each Olux wig is:
- Pre-styled and finished
- Glueless and secure with an adjustable band
- Includes combs for optional extra hold
You’ll only need to:
- Tint the lace (to match your skin tone)
- Cut the lace (we leave it uncut but you can request for this)
That’s it — just put it on, adjust, and go.
Think of it as 90% ready — the foundation is done, you add the final touch.

Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 10–19 working days, as each wig is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards.
In some cases, orders may ship sooner depending on availability and styling requirements.
Shipping Times (After Processing):
- UK Orders: 1–2 business days
- International Orders: 3–5 business days
We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce, and Royal Mail depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, OluxHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
If you experience issues with your shipment, we recommend:
- Contacting the courier directly for updates
- Opening a claim with the shipping provider if necessary

Due to the nature (custom and personalised )of our products and health regulations, all of our hair extensions and wigs SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS except the item received is faulty.
If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately on oluxhair1@gmail.com.
If we review and agree that the product sent to you is faulty, we will exchange or replace the item.
In the event that the product defect issue is not validated, the item in question will be returned to you without replacement.
Please note that we will not accept an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. The hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient. It may include, but is not limited to, the application of colour/bleach, the presence of a malodor, the presence of rips or tears, the cutting of the hair, and heat damage. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the 14 day period has passed.
Please return the product in the same condition in which it was shipped from us. Please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your package.
At Oluxhair, we are committed to providing you with wigs of the highest quality. As a result of this and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to issue any refunds once your order has been placed if there are no faults.
In addition, we cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product hasn't been used / unworn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item.
In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.
Upon receipt of your order, please notify us by e-mail immediately that the item is faulty - oluxhair1@gmail.com
Faulty Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order
Unit must be returned in its original packaging, and unworn and tag still in place
Shipping back to us must be tracked.
We would like to inform you that, in the event that you refuse delivery of an order, you will be given store credit equal to the price you have paid minus the initial shipping charges.

Q: Are your wigs glueless?
A: Yes. All our wigs come with an adjustable elastic band and combs, allowing you to wear them without glue.
Q: Is the wig ready to wear?
A:Yes. Each wig comes fully styled. You’ll only need to cut and tint the lace to suit your skin tone before wear.
You can also let us know to cut the lace for you.
Q: What’s the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
A: Raw hair is unprocessed, single donor hair with the highest durability up to 5 years with care.
Virgin hair is slightly processed and collected lasting up to 3 years.
The longevity of the wigs depends on care and how frequently they are worn.
Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A: Yes. Raw hair can lift to lighter blondes (e.g., #613). Virgin hair lifts to medium blondes and browns.
Q: What cap sizes do you offer?
A: Our wigs are made to fit most head sizes (21"–23.5") and include a stretch band for a secure, glueless fit.

Also sis, I know I need to leave a proper review but the QUALITY of your hair????? Wow! I am a HUGEEEE hair person! I’ve spent thousands on wigs, human hair etc. I used to buy hair from **** but one thing I used to find is that the hair would itch my body (like the split ends) so then I would also now go and spend more money buying salon treatment conditioners, shampoo, silicons etc (to give that smooth feeling) but YOUR HAIR is the first hair in trying in a longggggggg time that I can wear comfortable and it’s not pricking my skin.
The last time I had hair like this was in the very early days when human hair was still a new thing and you could buy raw hair easily! Nowadays people lie and say they are selling raw hair when it’s not!!!!
